- National Science Foundation REU

The Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program supports active research participation by undergraduate students in any of the areas of research funded by the National Science Foundation. REU projects involve students in meaningful ways in ongoing research programs or in research projects specifically designed for the REU program. Undergraduate student participants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States or its possessions.

- Southern Environmental Law Center

SELC offers several communications internships throughout the year. During the academic school year, there is a part-time, unpaid internship available in each of our Charlottesville and Chapel Hill offices. These are most often filled by students at nearby UVa and UNC-Chapel Hill. Summer internships in each office may be full- or part-time, paid or unpaid, depending on applicants' experience, SELC needs, and a variety of other factors.
