In cases of disability, continuation of full salary is provided by Randolph College for regular status, full-time faculty. The College will continue the payment of salary for the following periods.

1. In the first year of employment 2 months

2. In the second year of employment 4 months

3. After the second year of employment 6 months

In any consecutive five-year period, a faculty member may receive continuation of salary under this plan for up to a total of twelve months.
