Next deadline: January 31.
By that date, students traveling with us should make sure that the name you have registered with Education First (EF), our travel partner, matches the name on your passport exactly. Of course, if you have yet to apply for a passport, I urge you to do so right away.
In addition, if you intend to modify your flight plans in any way (e.g. extending your stay, flying from a different airport than the rest of the group), you must contact me and E.F. by that date.

I will also be contacting you shortly to arrange a time for our fourth-quarter class. We will be scheduling a two-hour class, beginning right after the midterm break, probably in the late afternoon.
