A student must have completed a minimum of three years of study of
college level Spanish (eighteen semester credit hours) or the
equivalent. |

A student must have completed at least three semester hours of a third-year
course in Hispanic literature or Hispanic culture and civilization. |

A student's grades in all Spanish courses must average at least 3.0 on a 4.0
scale. |

A student must rank in the upper 35% of her class (sophomore, junior, senior). |

5. |
A student must have completed at least three semesters of college work. |
